What kind of clients do you normally work for?

We have a diverse client base from business, local authorities, central government, health service and education.

What are your charges for consultancy?

We have a flat rate of £550 per day. However, for longer assignments we usually negotiate a contract rate with our clients and we often work based on a fixed fee to complete a project.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Kent in the South East, however our client base covers the UK with a small number of overseas clients within Europe but we have been further afield!!!

Do you provide technical support for the software that you sell?

Yes, all our computer systems and software are backed up by a full technical support service which includes telephone / email technical support and we provide customised training on our client’s site for an additional fee.

Will I need training to use Optimum Control?

No, training is not normally required to operate the basic features of Optimum Control as the system is intuitive for anybody who has worked in a kitchen. However, we find that training can assist our clients to get up and running quickly and to get the most from the software. During initial training we can also advise on the best approach to implementing and managing Optimum Control in individual circumstances. We can provide interactive training via the web utilising "Team Viewer" on your PC.
